what if you chose yourself?- a short reminder to keep going.
It’s so easy to get overwhelmed in today’s world. One moment, it feels like everything is finally falling into place and the next, you’re questioning everything, ready to give it all up.
But here’s the truth: we can’t.
Well, I know I can’t.
Not for anyone else—but for myself.
For ourselves.
Life has a way of testing us. All of us. Whether your battles are loud or silent, visible or hidden, they’re real. And that’s why, when the weight gets heavy and quitting starts to look like relief, we have to remind ourselves: do it for you.
Not because the world is watching.
Not because the world expects it.
Not because you're just “supposed to".
But because you matter: your growth, your healing, your peace—they all matter.
Some might call it selfish. Do it for you? “That’s bare selfish,” they’ll say.
But I don’t believe that.
I call it self-loyalty.
It’s inner-anchored. Fiercely grounded. Infact, it's the most honest kind of strength. And after everything we’ve all carried, endured, and overcome—we deserve to keep going.
Not for anyone else…
But for us.
